“Our 2023 Summer Circle season is designed to be accessible to all, young in years or young at heart,” said Production Manager Abbie Tykocki. Beyond theatrical productions, SCT is committed to offering free programming and special activities to create a summer destination for arts, education, and entertainment. Summer Circle Theatre provides a professional venue for MSU students to present shows of varying styles using the talents of community members and professional artists. This season’s programming is designed to attract audiences of all ages. Since 1960, the MSU Department of Theatre has heralded the unofficial start of summer with its Summer Circle Theatre program, which presents free, accessible theatre using the talents of MSU students and faculty. The Michigan State University Department of Theatre’s 2023 Summer Circle Theatre, which runs June 15-25, is in its 61 st season offering free outdoor theatre for all ages.
